Class Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds and no transfers for no-shows or for cancellations made less than three (3) days in advance of your class. Registration is considered a final sale three (3) days prior to the date of your class. This is because many of our instructors travel a distance and expect to be compensated for no-shows and late cancellations. We would be happy to transfer your fee to another class or refund the fee if you cancel more than three days in advance of the scheduled class. If you are unable to attend last minute you are welcome to send someone in your place. If The Bead Garden cancels a class for any reason, you will receive a prompt full refund.
