Birthdays/Group Outings/Girl Scouts
The Bead Garden offers the most wonderful birthday parties/bachelorette
parties/group outings right here in our store! At our parties, the guests make
their own necklaces, choosing from an vast array of beads, with instruction and
attention from our experienced beading staff. Each partygoer leaves happy- with
a piece of custom-made jewelry they have designed themselves!
Parties can be held Friday at 6pm, Saturday at 5pm, Sunday at 3pm or
available weeknights. All parties are held outside of normal business hours.
This ensures both privacy and total attention from our staff. Partygoers have
the entire shop to themselves!
The minimum number of guests is 6, and the maximum is 14; minimum age of
guests is 9 for child parties.
For kids: The basic party package is only $16 per person,
which includes the price of the beads, materials, and private expert
instruction- in short, everything.
For Adults: $15 sitting fee per person for a three hour
party. All materials must be purchased at the time of the event. Instruction
included. Paper products included. BYOB and food!
Junior Girl Scout Package: beading wire necklace with a clasp; $17
per person for a 2 hour “party”, which includes the price of the beads,
materials, and instruction.
We require that you reserve your date early, and leave a deposit to secure
the time. This will ensure a perfect day for your party. We allow you to
provide a birthday cake, snack and drinks. You may also want to have pizza
delivered from one of our fine local restaurants. The Bead Garden will supply
all plates, napkins, cups and cutlery for your food.
